Odlican izbor, ali posebno bih pohvalila radnike u Decathlonu koji su bili preljubazni, uslužni i strpljivi. Pomogli su mi da u vrlo kratkom roku pronađem svu sportsku opremu koju sam tražila, sve detaljno objasnili i odgovorili na sva moja pitanja. Vracam se opet sigurno!

One of the best places to buy stuff for hiking.,running, camping stuff is really polite but they don't have have staff who know more what they sell and don't know give advice just couple of them. This was my first review, but after visiting the store around ten times, I’ve changed my opinion. Unfortunately, I now have to leave a negative rating. In this particular Decathlon, there is one especially unpleasant lady who is rude, arrogant, unwilling to help, and doesn’t do her job properly. I often feel very uncomfortable when I visit the store and try to ask for advice or assistance. When I compare the service here to Decathlon stores in Solin or Zagreb, the difference is striking — in those locations, the staff is much more professional and friendly. I genuinely hope things improve here because the store has great potential, but the customer experience really suffers due to the behavior of certain employees.
