They confirmed the date of my appointment on the day that they are close. No respect for ones time and effort. I did not even receive any apology. They just said, they are closed and open tomorrow. First time customer here - I want to be honest with you. I feel irritated with the service we got during our visit. Had we known that it will be your grand opening today and that it will be noisy given that you have guests, we wouldn't have come. Also i got confused for a while if this was a beauty and wellness center or a nursery. Hearing a loud and crying baby is not relaxing at all. I can't believe you dont even have an OR on your grand opening. Though i must commend djojie for assisting me and personally attending to me.
