Commitment to Mentorship

We believe that our company's success hinges on the success of each individual employee. To facilitate this, we have developed a formal Mentor Program where new employees are paired with experienced mentors for at least three months. These mentors play a crucial role in helping new team members acclimate to our working environment, providing essential training, guidance on company policies, and assistance in building a personal network within the organization.

As a proud member of the World Lottery Association (WLA), we recognize the significant role that responsible gaming (RG) plays in our operations. In 2017, we were honored with the Responsible Gaming Certification, which ensures our adherence to the WLA’s RG standards for associate members.
