Our family’s stay at Villa KaLa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by our wonderful hosts who were not only kind and welcoming but also very communicative, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. The villa itself is stunning—modern, spacious, and tastefully designed with all the high-end finishes you’d expect from a luxury property. The amenities were perfect for our group, with plenty of activities to enjoy. The pool was an absolute highlight, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and sauna after a long day of exploring. The billiards table was also a fun touch that kept everyone entertained. The location of Villa KaLa is ideal. Set in a quiet, peaceful area, it offers a serene atmosphere while still being just a short drive away from several beautiful beaches in Razanac and Nin. We also found Zadar to be easily accessible, making it a great base for exploring the region. Overall, I highly recommend Villa KaLa to anyone, especially families looking for a perfect place to stay in the Zadar area. It’s a beautiful home with incredible amenities, excellent hosts, and a fantastic location. We had a truly memorable experience and can’t wait to return!

We stayed at Villa Dekorti at the end of June 2025 as a group of eight friends (four couples), and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we booked, communication was smooth and professional. Mr. Dujo from the Adriatic Luxury Villas team and Mr. Lovre, our host at the villa, were incredibly helpful throughout. We had quite a few questions, and they were always quick to respond with patience and kindness. Upon arrival, Mr. Lovre greeted us with a warm welcome—and cold beers and water, which was a lovely touch! He truly has an amazing, positive energy that made us feel right at home. The villa itself is stunning. It features four beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, stocked with everything we needed—towels, hairdryers, toilet paper, soap, shower caps, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable, and while each room had a TV, we didn’t use them—we spent nearly all of our time outside by the pool or down at the beach. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs and share a spacious terrace with an incredible view, while the fourth bedroom is on the ground floor and just as charming. All rooms are air-conditioned, adding to the comfort. The outdoor area is a dream: a well-maintained pool, eight sun loungers, and a covered terrace perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals. We made great use of the outdoor barbecue, and especially loved the Entertainment House, which includes a pool table, table football, table tennis, mini gym, and an additional bathroom. We spent many fun hours there! The villa also provides three bicycles, which we appreciated for short rides. The nearest beach is just about 150 meters away, very quiet and intimate—no crowds, even in late June. There’s also a small market within a 5-minute walk, and several restaurants, a bakery, and a pharmacy further up the main road toward Zadar. To sum it up: this was our first time renting a villa in Croatia and we weren’t sure what to expect—but Villa Dekorti completely exceeded our expectations. It felt like staying in a luxury hotel, but with the privacy and comfort of a home. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

Haben für Juni 2025 über Adriatic Luxury Villas eine schöne Villa in Istrien gebucht. Ich kann nur sagen, dass alles, von der Beratung und Selektierung der Villa, über die Buchung bis zur Ankunft und Übergabe im Ferienhaus hervorragend und völlig problemlos geklappt hat. Der gesamte Ablauf passierte auf deutsch, was auch sehr angenehm war. Werden auf jeden Fall wieder über diese Agentur buchen.

Paní majitelka byla velmi milá a ochotná, vila krásná s bazénem a skvěle vybavená. Dokonce obrovská zásoba kapslí do kávovaru, pivo, nealko a mísa ovoce. Velmi klidná poloha bez rušení sousedů a na pěknou kamennou pláž s pískem v moři to bylo pěšky nebo na kole (6 kol k dispozici) jen pár minut. Sukošan samotný má pěkný přístav a maličké Staré město a není tak daleko od dálnice. Bylo nás 7 dospělých (3 rodiny) a malá vnučka a všichni vřele doporučujeme ! Milan

Einfach traumhaft! Die Villa Deep Green war eine wunderbare Urlaubsunterkunft – modern und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles in top Zustand. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Garten ist wunderschön gepflegt, mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer. Die Eigentümer waren sehr nett, absolut zuvorkommend, aber nie aufdringlich – man fühlte sich rundum willkommen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir kommen definitiv wieder! Die Agentur ist auch nur wärmstens zu empfehlen! Alles tipptopp und sehr zuvorkommend!

The place was perfect! We were a party of 25 people and there were no problems at all! Nice welcome, good communication with the agency and whenever something was needed (extra vacuum cleaner, grill utensils,...) they were quick to reply and deliver. The house is very spacious, super equipped (bathrooms, kitchens...), no neighbors and it didn't feel crowded at all. We had an amazing week and would definitely chose this house again!

I would highly recommend this business. Along with friends, we have booked a villa close to Zadar and from the very first moment the communication as well as availability was outstanding. Sehr guter Service durch Adriatic Luxury Villas - Agency for Luxury Villa Rental. Auf Anfragen immer sehr schnelle u. fachkundige Antworten! Vor Ort mit Vermieter ebenfalls keinerlei Probleme. Genau wie auf Website beschrieben sehr schöne, geschmackvolle Villa, größzügige Räume, gute Ausstattung, schöne Außenanlage mit großem Pool. Sehr ruhige Lage in Mitten von Oliven Hainen. Einziges Manko: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Nächstgelegene Läden nur in Labin (9km), welches jedoch nur auf einer sehr kurvigen u. z.T. engen Straße erreichbar ist (Fahrzeit daher ca. 20-25min). Im nächsten Ort Ravni (2km) wurde der Market dauerhaft geschlossen! Einkauf muss daher gut geplant werden, im Haus sind aber 2 geräumige Kühlschränke m. Gefrierkombination vorhanden. Der Weg zum Strand (Steinstrand) ist leider nicht gut begehbar, sehr zugewachsen u. steil. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswerte Urlaubsdestination.
