Boat hire was fine. Communication via WhatsApp was very good. Main point is that there were no ladders on the boat, making it very difficult to get in and out the water, particularly for the kids. Make sure your given ladders...

In the end we did not rent a boat with them as they were fully booked (last minute schedule change of ours) but they supplied us with a contact so we could get on a similar boat and same price. All communication via WhatsApp was fluent and left no queries, if we come back to Hvar we surely rent with you.

Booking and Communication The booking process was fairly straightforward, and the staff responded promptly to my initial inquiry via email. They provided clear information about the available boats and tour options, which helped me choose a full-day speedboat tour to explore the islands around Hvar. However, I found the website a bit outdated, and it wasn’t always easy to find specific details about what was included in the tour, such as whether snacks or drinks were provided. A follow-up call was needed to clarify these points, which added an extra step that could have been avoided with better online information. The Boat and Skipper The boat itself was decent—clean and functional, though not as modern or spacious as some of the promotional images suggested. It was a standard speedboat with enough room for our small group of four, but the seating felt a bit cramped, especially when we were all on board with our bags. The skipper, while friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, seemed a bit rushed at times. He shared some interesting facts about Hvar and the nearby islands, but his focus seemed more on sticking to a schedule than ensuring we were fully enjoying each stop. The Tour Experience The itinerary included stops at the Blue Cave, Stiniva Beach, and a few other spots around Vis and the Pakleni Islands. The Blue Cave was the highlight, with its stunning glowing waters, but the experience was marred by a long wait time of over an hour in the hot sun to enter the cave. The skipper didn’t warn us about the potential for such a delay, and it felt like better planning or communication could have prepared us for this. The other stops, like Stiniva Beach, were beautiful, but we were only given about 30 minutes at each location, which felt rushed and didn’t allow enough time to relax or swim comfortably. Service and Attention to Detail The service was adequate but lacked the personal touch I expected based on some of the glowing reviews I’d read. For example, we were told we’d have snorkeling gear available, but when we asked, only one set was provided for the group, and it wasn’t in great condition. Additionally, while the skipper offered some suggestions for lunch spots, he didn’t seem very engaged in ensuring we had a seamless experience, such as helping us secure a reservation at a restaurant or checking in on our comfort during the trip. Value for Money The price of the tour was reasonable compared to other operators in Hvar, but given the rushed stops, limited equipment, and lack of proactive communication, I didn’t feel like we got exceptional value. For a full-day tour, I expected a bit more flexibility in the itinerary and a more tailored experience. Instead, it felt like we were on a standard, one-size-fits-all route.

We hired a small boat for the day from Luigi and had a fabulous day exploring the islands. The boat was a little basic but we had no license to drive anything bigger. Luigi was great and really helpful with excellent communication. Reasonably priced price for the day and well worth it. Recommend!
