"The host was unresponsive and unavailable on the day of check-in, which was disappointing. We asked to leave our bags before the official check-in time (14:00), but were simply told to ask at the local tourist office. There was no support, no guidance, and an overall poor attitude. We received the check-in details only after the official check-in time had already passed. While the apartment itself was fine, the lack of hospitality and assistance. Eespecially during one of the busiest weekends of the year was quite strange and unprofessional.
