L’accueil et le service client sont catastrophiques !! Pas de sourire et nous sommes pris de haut!! Le pire !! Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants, aucun chariot dispo pour apporter nos valises et nos courses pour la semaine, en fait la compagnie n’en a pas, il faut espérer trouver quelqu’un de sympa pour en dépanner un!! Alors que les autres compagnie en ont pour leur client ! Quand J ai exprimé mon mécontentement et mon désarroi, leur seule réponse a été qu’ils allaient appeler la police si je continuer à me plaindre !!! Du jamais vu!!

Rented a 2024 Excess 11 from Dream Yacht for a week in late June 2025, was great - lovely little 1 week boat for a trip up to Hvar and back from Dubrovnik for me (the skipper!) and a bunch of friends. Parked at some lovely little restaurants, mooring buoys and anchoring in nice towns and ACI korcula along the way! Top tip, if you get to Hvar late for a mooring buoy do check out the islands above, there’s some great anchoring spots and taxi boats to Hvar from there. Got it up to 7 knots during a day where there was 15-20 knot winds which was great fun! Base manager Maroje Zaja was super friendly and responsive, including helping me out with advice with the water maker when I was running a bit low. Let me check out super early next day and refunded whole deposit the next day (didn’t try and mess me about at all etc). Only thing I would criticise really was late time of check in of first day, bit later than sunsail from experience but I do think you can pay to check out earlier if you want. Oh and the Diesel station at the marina is a bit of a nightmare, took 2 hours to fill up because there’s a rush on Friday with everyone returning boats. If the winds are high (it was 6-10knots), can be a little difficult/stressful for new mariners I’m sure. 5/5.
