the food was very nice and fresh. everybody ordered something else and was satisfied. the strawberry lemonade was so nice we ordered it twice and we like the concept of the possibility to order a drink per liter so everyone can share it. the garden was so relaxing to be in and if we did not went there through a recommendation we would not know that it exists as it is hidden in a „small“ street.

I am commenting on the restaurant only. I know people love Smokvica for some reason, but if we talk about food only, it never really impressed me, while the prices are relatively high. Last time we had breakfast and it was average at best. Garden is beautiful, the waiters were polite

A cozy restaurant for meeting friends, loved ones, or relatives in a comfortable atmosphere. My boyfriend and I came for dinner on a weekday evening. We easily booked a table an hour before arriving, with no issues. I think you could easily go there without a reservation too. The restaurant was easy to find. We didn't go inside, so I can't comment on what the interior looks like. The garden where we sat was very cozy and atmospheric. We sat right under a red tree, and as a lover of fresh air, I was delighted. However, there might be an issue as there are no canopies over the tables (especially ours), and leaves from the trees could fall into your food. This didn't happen to us. The tables were all comfortably spaced apart. I didn't like that smoking is allowed in the establishment. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to check how comfortable and clean the restroom was. No one greets you at the entrance; either the restaurant doesn't have a host/hostess, or it's just not their custom to greet guests. We walked into the garden ourselves, and a man there offered us a table. The waiters at the establishment aren't very good at "reading" customers; you have to sit and wait for a waiter to pass by to call them over to order or pay the bill. Our food came out quickly, with no issues. We ordered: - Lebanese chicken skewer. Very soft, tender meat. The vegetables were wonderful, but there weren't enough of them; I would have liked more. The bread was very tasty. - Chicken & gnocchi. A fantastic dish. The gnocchi sauce was perfect with the tomato and raisins. The chicken was also delicious. I really loved this dish, definitely a favorite! - Mint lemonade. A good, balanced flavor. It lacked a bit of "mintiness" in the taste, but I liked it. All the food was wonderful. Made with fresh ingredients, at the perfect temperature, and ideal portion sizes. The prices are affordable. In my opinion, they are good value for the quality. For our three dishes, the cost was about 3800 RSD. I would definitely come back here again to try more dishes and find out if there's anything at Smokvica even tastier than the chicken & gnocchi!
