Dear future customers of this outstanding restaurant, I strongly advise everyone against this experience. I was a victim of shitting and puking. The visit cost me 270 euros plus underwear. After the visit, I puked further than I could see. There are many sheep on the island, and I felt like a sheep shorn of money, dignity, and underwear.

To note, this is high end restaurand on an island. Not a generic restaurant or fast food. EVERYTHING, even fuel for electricity and water come by boat - its expensive! That sayed, expectations, food ingredients, services, prices and this ratings are adjusted accordingly. The "to expensive", "long waits" reviews have next to no weight... this is HIGH end and I cant stress this enough. Good things take time and effort - money. Past experinces were 5/5, which raises this rating from 3 to 4. Actual review: Great restaurant and we like(d) returning. It was an interesting experience this time after few years. ● Atmosphere - 5/5, No doubt beautiful location, presentation, lighting, decoration (use of old stone oil tanks, the walk over wine celar). Superb ● Service - 4/5, Having the oportunity to pick which fish, crab you want and how you want it, is great. As was the plate of deserts brought to the table to pick from. Staff was attentative, volentiered to take care of things like clean fishes... Very very nice experience. But we did experince a few hick ups: - Half of our soups arrived, then the next table gets soups served and then we received the last half of soups. Delay was 2 or 3min, not terrible but not great eighter. The night was busy after all. - Waiters keept forgeting we speek croatian, way to offen. Please remember who and what you are serving, it gives a personal, human touch. - We felt stupid - Look at the food section why ● Food - 2/5, unfortunate main dish... - The wine card is wild. A selection of best wine makers world wide. From big to small. Even my favorite New Zealands wine is on offer, 5/5! - Theyr olive oil is realy REALY good!! As an olive oil/wine experet, I can confidently rate it 5/5. - The food choise is fresh as always and you get to pick which one and how you desire it prepared. Again, 5/5 .... - ⚠️ What was shocking for us was the use the of BUTTER on fish instead of that fabolus olive oil.... (consiquently one of us got stomack pain - he cant diggest butter) This was following waiters recommendation instead of our desires. What made it worse, when asked if butter was realy used, waiter sayed this is how its properly done here. In english.. This unfortunately flipped the mood/feel to "you have no idea what you talking about/unwanted"... ok 👍 We probably should pointed out no butter, but I also feel its duty of the staff to inform guests of ingredients and process, especialy if using a continental practice when surrounded by sea. Ignoring the main dish, food was great- 4,5/5. But overall food experience, can't rate it above 2/5. - Recommending a more detailed discussion about food desires with customers, after all, if its 10€ just to sit down, take those few seconds to discuss details. It solidifies the fact that you realy know your profession. It was 10days ago and this is still stuck in our heads. Butter, on a fish... when there is olive oil, GREAT olive oil at hand... 10m from the sea... thah "how its done" thing... Unforunately, this left a bitter taste. Wir waren im Restaurant Festa essen – das Essen war qualitativ wirklich gut, der Service sehr freundlich und bemüht. Leider reicht das nicht aus für eine bessere Gesamt- Bewertung. Die Preise sind völlig überzogen, selbst für ein gehobenes Restaurant an der Küste. Noch gravierender war jedoch die extrem lange Wartezeit – wir haben über 1.5 Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, ohne jegliche Information oder Entschuldigung - und dies bei Vorbestellung am Steg! Ein weiteres großes Ärgernis: die Intransparenz beim Schiffsparkplatz. Erst nach dem Essen wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dafür zusätzlich 30 Euro Service berechnet werden – ohne vorherigen Hinweis oder sichtbare Beschilderung. Das wirkt wie eine versteckte Gebühr und hat den Gesamteindruck stark getrübt. Auf die Reklamation beim Management hin wurden wir arrogant angeschnautzt, dass das Personal am Steg darauf hingewiesen hätte. Erst nach Schreiben einer entsprechenden Rezenzion wurde das Steg-Personal geschickt um den Fehler zuzugeben und die 30.- Euro zurück zu zahlen und mit der Bitte, die Rezension anzupassen. Immerhin den Fehler zugegeben! Fazit: Wer bereit ist, tief in die Tasche zu greifen und Geduld mitbringt, wird gutes Essen und einen freundlichen Service genießen – aber für uns stimmte das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider gar nicht. Und das Management ist zudem ziemlich unfreundlich!

Za doziviti Festu treba doci tu,Festa nije restoran,Festa su ovi dragi ljudi,konobari i drugo osoblje a pogotovo decko na šanku uz more,mislim da se zove Jakov.A hrana je stvarno jedna posebna priča.Puno hvala svima na ugodi koju imas dok si u njihovom restoranu. Vracamo se sigurno.

Great restaurant much better than the other options in this bay. Last time we tried the others and the atmosphere, food and service here is better. The service and atmosphere is excellent as is the food. It is expensive but on the other hand you do not pay for mooring. We had Daniel as a server and he was great.

Cibo eccellente in una location paradisiaca.Si mangia a sfioro sul mare circondati dalle kornati.Il ristorante è molto caro, noi eravamo in 6 e abbiamo preso un antipasto al centro buonissimo e un San Pietro di poco piu' di 1 chilo diviso, per un totale di 550 euro con 2 spritz e 2 calici di prosecco. Il posto merita la sosta !!

Wir waren hier für eine Nacht und der Empfang / Service der Mitarbeiter war super. Toller Liegeplatz und schöne Bucht zum Baden. Reservierung empfiehlt sich. Personal insgesamt top und sehr tolles Essen zum Abend und Frühstück - aber auch teuer. Insgesamt alles top; auch Toiletten und Duschen.

Very disappointing and expensive meal. € 60 euro per person for mostly shell & bones fish. Fish itself not particularly tasty. Potatoes were nice but hardly any of them. Salad was an extremely small portion. Worst part was when they brought out desserts displaying them as if they were included in the price trying to tempt you and then asking if we want to purchase them. Service was good apart from that but very deceptive business practice in general.
