It is a cozy place located walking distance right from the castle hill's foot across the river near one of the many bridges. The place is very well equipped, the waiters are extremely polite and well educated, all of them speaks English proficiently. They don't spend an insane amount of time getting your food ready (a full three course meal with ample digesting and drinking can be enjoyed in only 1-1.5 hours, which is good compared to what restaurants usually offer...). The place didn't seem that busy although there were quite a few reserved tables for the late night. The food is absolutely delicious by all means, and don't be fooled by the first glance at the portions' size, it will definitely sate you. The tastes are well-blending and every part of the experience speaks fine dining, which this is. I feel happy I trusted previous reviewers on choosing my dinner place and I can only agree on what they said. The only potential downside depending on your status is the price tag. This is a clean, atmospheric restaurant located at a frequented part of the city with nice look onto the river and the towering Ljubljana Castle in the near vicinity with quality and delicious food, and the price point carries this notion too. Expect a dinner to cost at least 30-40 €. But it is worth every cent of it.
