Meine Freundin und ich waren um ca. 19 Uhr zum Abendessen dort. Aufgrund der Speisekarte und der Frischetheke gingen wir davon aus, dass dies ein gehobenes Lokal mit exklusiven Speisen ist. Als wir nach kurzer Zeit gefragt wurden, was wir bestellen wollten, war der Kellner sichtlich genervt, dass wir uns noch nicht entschieden hatten. Einige Zeit später war plötzlich ein anderer Kellner für uns zuständig, der bei der Bestellung noch sehr freundlich und geduldig war. Positiv war der Gruß aus der Küche. Unmittelbar danach haben wir unsere Hauptspeise bekommen. Diese war leider für unsere Erwartungen nicht übermäßig gut, vorallem von den Spaghetti Mare hatten wir mehr erwartet. Umso später der Abend wurde, umso unangenehmer wurde unser Aufenthalt. Unser Kellner hatte keine Zeit mehr für uns, hatte keine Initiative mehr ergriffen, uns den Wein nachzuschenken, hat zwei mal mit meiner Freundin einen Smalltalk angefangen und lief unter dem Gespräch einfach weiter. Die Kellner rannten ständig hin und her und waren total überfordert, trotzdem wurden immer mehr Leute ins Restaurant gelockt, was die Unruhe noch mehr erhöhte. Wir wollten einfach nur noch gehen, jedoch ließ die Rechnung lange auf sich warten (ca 30 Minuten). Da wir unseren Bus erreichen mussten, war das unnötige Warten umso unangenehmer/ stressiger. Dieses Lokal werden wir auf keinen Fall mehr aufsuchen, schade...

We spent one night in Cavtat and a Croatian friend of mine said we had to have dinner at Leut. It was spectacular!!! First, we had a waterfront table and enjoyed the beautiful sunset. We met the owners, Vani and his wife, and they could not have been more welcoming & hospitable. Vani helped us navigate the wine list, selecting a special rose. My friend said that we had to get the oysters and black risotto (off menu) for appetizer and fresh fish for dinner. Vani took us to the fresh fish case and helped us pick a beautiful branzino. The food was spectacular, easily the best black risotto and grilled whole fish of the trip…and that is saying a lot. We had been dining with my Croatian friend for 2 days and she has very discerning taste. Vani, thank you for a wonderful dinner and evening in Cavtat!! We will be back for sure.

We where a family of 5. We ate delicious and plenty of food. Portions are big and best in Cavtat. We ate there 2 times this week. Love it. And coming back.

Went for a 6pm dinner at this restaurant. Was greeted by waiter who showed us to a table covered in ants due to the ant-infested tree directly next to it. He smugly gave us the option to pick any other table as the restaurant was empty. Upon being given the menus the same waiter was extremely insistent on the seafood dishes and even took it upon himself to take my menu out of my hands and show me this page when I asked for 2 more minutes to decide (seafood dishes are all 88 euros). After taking our drinks and food order it became clear that the waiter was hovering and this frequent behaviour made us (27 year old women) feel quite uncomfortable. A very obscure and unappealing dish was presented to us containing one prawn and one anchovie alongside a basket of unsatisfactory bread, as well as a scoop of questionable tuna tartare. We had not finished our whole meal and this same waiter appeared quite annoyed with this as he took the plates away. During this time a couple seated behind us quickly got up and left after taking a quick glance at the menu. The waiter did not appear too thrilled about this either. When asking for the bill the waiter sarcastically mimicked my actions back to me in a very exaggerated manner. For the price of the dishes, ambience of the environment and general feeling priced by the hosts I would never suggest this place for any meal or a simple drink. The waiter was a very big disappointment to the overall and experience and will be going to Posejdon next door from now on.

Jeden z mála barů v Blato - příjemné posezení na břehu moře, s možností občerstvení - jidlo (i klasická pizza, kterou teď najdete snad úplně všude), káva i alko a nealko nápoje 👍👍👍 Jen mi, jako nekuřákovi, vadí zakouřené prostředí i vevnitř...

Fantastic spot for freshly caught fish in Cavtat, and Drazen is an outstanding waiter—warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner if you’re visiting Croatia on holiday!
