Even though the place was empty and there were at least four waiters tediously walking around and drinking coffee, we did not get serviced for fifteen minutes, after which we got up and left, astounded. As a local, I was genuinely ashamed. This would have been unacceptable even for a place of lowly standing, yet alone for a place like this that tries to sell an "upscale" image, but the only upscale thing about it are its prices. We strongly advise you take your business elsewhere.

Our waiter was nice but the food was just very poor. The lemonades are an absolute ripoff, you pay 5 euros for something you could buy at Lidl for 30 cents.

We ordered a non-alcoholic homemade lemonade but the waiter brought us an alcoholic cocktail without us noticing. When we later took a closer look at the bill, we complained about the price and it turned out he brought us alcohol. With pregnancy and having to drive this was a big problem for us. On top of his mistake the waiter than behaved totally inadequate. Neither did he apologize for the inconveniences and health risk he put us through nor did he pay us back the money he overcharged, but he just walked away.

Serveuse désagréable au possible, pas comprehensive ni souriante. Plats très cher pour une qualité médiocre, steaks trop cuits, les plats pas servis en même temps etc. Je déconseille vraiment cet endroit 👎👎👎👎

Salat für den Preis sehr klein, statt Dressing nur eine große Schale Senf. Kein gegrilltes Brot wie in der Speisekarte beschrieben, nur 3 kleine Scheiben helles Baguette....
