- unpleasant service and communication - the food was unpalatable (the salad didn't have the ingredients listed, the tuna had a terrible texture, all the fresh vegetables were mixed with mayonnaise dressing). The overall taste is unpleasant. - the waitress refused to split the bill + place was clean + nice atmosphere
