This place was recommended to me... I didn't get it... maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I got the Mamato plate with 2 tartares and the swordfish carpaccio. The tartares were completely mashed fish which did not look appetising at all, they were tasteless. The swordfish carpaccio was literally 2 or 3 tiny slices of fish. It was not worth the wait nor the money. The cocktail was nothing special. The waitress was super sweet, however the staff at the cashier was quite unpleasant.

Mamato Bar was such a vibe—cool and cozy right by the beach. Service was great and the mussels were unreal! We couldn’t stop dipping our bread into that mouthwatering sauce. Definitely going back!

A beautiful bar restaurant in a turquoise blue bay, the food is excellent, the cocktails are excellent, the staff is kind and professional, I would definitely recommend the massage which is phenomenal.

Bon comment dire... La nourriture est bonne, sur ce point tout va bien. Cependant, j'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience avec le barman/patron au moment de payer. Celui-ci me reproche de ne pas lui avoir précisé à trois reprises que je voulais couper la note en deux avec les autres personnes à ma table d'un air méprisant. Je lui fais ensuite l'inventaire de tout ce que j'ai consommé et il m'explique qu'il n'a pas le temps pour ça. Il me demande ensuite en soufflant de prendre le ticket, de sortir ma calculatrice et de faire la somme de tout ce que je souhaite payer. Bref, un moment désagréable ! C'est fort dommage moi qui n'avait eu que d'excellentes expériences en Croatie jusqu'à ce jour.

Nemate puno izbora restorana pa vam je ovo skoro pa jedina opcija. Osoblje je ljubazno a ambijent je dobar i na terasi nije toliko vruce kao na plazi. Hrana nije bas najbolja i ne opravdava cijenu Tartar tuna meni jako los i lose zacinjen pa ne preporucam Biftek suh i prepecen Pomfri 10/10

We are regular visitors to Mamato. Never fails to deliver! Our favourite place on our regular yearly Hvar trips. We always book via instagram. We had the deck chairs for 5 people, as well as lunch and drinks. Food as always was spot on, drinks great and staff (Mira was our main waitress this time, she was awesome!) friendly, attentive and up for a laugh. We will be back again next year ❤️

We were staying in Hvar and we were recommended to visit this beach bar & restaurant. The Service from Mirna and her colleagues was absolutely fantastic, lovely food, great cocktails and a decent price for such a wonderful setting, perfect for a relaxing day by the beach in the sun, we could not fault a thing. We loved it so much we went back again.
