We visited Liberat twice. We usually never visit same restaurant twice on our trips but this time we did cause we loved it. We ordered grilled and fried squid on both of our visits and they were delicious. The big portions didn't leave us hungry. The service was very friendly. Nice, calm atmosphere and great sea views. I can honestly recommend this restaurant.

Officially the best restaurant in Jelsa! An absolute gem just 3 min walk from the main waterfront. Def worth it, amazing view, prices are cheaper than main Jelsa, portions are massive, quality is great and it’s run by a family. What more could you ask for?

We had dinner at Liberat on the island of Hvar and really enjoyed it. The shrimps were super fresh, the risotto was creamy and full of flavor, and the mussels were delicious too. We also had chicken, tomato soup, and some great local wine. Everything was well cooked and nicely served. The seaside atmosphere was amazing, calm, relaxing, and with a beautiful view. Sitting by the water with good food and wine made the evening feel really special. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re on Hvar!

Wir können die guten Rezessionen leider nicht teilen. Der Grillteller bestand aus einem riesigen Fleischberg minderer Qualität, sehr fettig. Der Krautsalat war nur gehäckselter Weißkohl ohne Dressing, was ja eigentlich nicht tragisch ist. Zur Verfügung stand allerdings nur ein Sonnenblumenöl für das Dressing? Es war sicher kein Olivenöl. Die zwei Punkte gibt es für die freundliche Bedienung und die tolle Aussicht. Also wir nie wieder…

Von der überdachten Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick über die Bucht und auf die Berge. Der Service war außerordentlich freundlich und das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Es gibt eine tolle Auswahl an verschiedenen Gerichten und Getränken. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier essen.
