Good mix of surf and turf. Our group had octopus (grilled perfectly) lamb in a “bomb” mushroom sauce,, seafood risotto (slightly undercooked but good amount of different shellfish), and wild boar with gnocchi and be sure to get extra bread to soak up the sauce the boar comes in. Got lucky and had live music too.

Nous venons de passer un moment formidable en famille. Le serveur (patron) a été d'une parfaite gentillesse et très serviable. Les plats servis étaient tous très bons et il a été de bons conseils pour les enfants. Le vin choisi de la région était très bon également. Arrivés tôt et sans réservation nous a permis d'avoir une table avec une belle vue. Éviter les attrapes touristes de la ville et prener le temps en vous baladant de découvrir ce restaurant. Merci pour la soirée et d'avoir fait les 12 ans de mon fils un moment qu'il n'oubliera pas.

After hearing about the great food at Eremitaž, we went there for dinner last night. We arrived at around 7:30 pm and were lucky to get a table for five on the roofed terrace without a reservation. The service throughout the evening was impeccable! All servers were attentive, friendly, and always carried a smile on their face. The spot seems popular with sailors from the nearby port and people usually stay there for a longer period. We had two starters, the dalmatian ham and cheese with spicy sausage and olives, and the bruschette (5 pieces, freshly toasted and topped with freshly minced garlic and chopped tomatoes and good olive oil for only €5 per 100g!! I really recommend ordering those!!). For mains, we had the čepape (well seasoned!), the mixed grilled vegetables as a main portion (apart from this, there aren’t really any vegetarian or vegan friendly main courses), then the dalmatian tuna steak (cooked to perfection, buttery soft at the edges and with a flavorful reduced red wine/plum sauce and cooked pears), grilled veal stuffed with cheese and ham) and a fantastic wild boar stew with gnocchi and a hint of rosemary! Our waiter even brought us the special house sauce, olive oil with tomatoes and herbs to add to the čevape, the vegetables and even the veal! Once again, phenomenal service! Even after our filling main courses, we wanted to try the desserts offered and thus, had all of them: the tiramisu, the fried dried figs with ice cream, the creme caramel and a slice of the triple chocolate cake. All of them were perfectly hot or cold and had just the right amount of sweetness. After around two hours, we decided to head home and will definitely return to try more of their vast menu!

Delicious seafood overlooking the harbour a short walk from the centre of Stari Grad. The staff were super friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the daily fish special was probably the best food we've eaten on the Island. Simply bbq'd with lemon juice and salt and accompanied by potatoes, chard and grilled veg. The grilled sardines starter was also simple but delicious. Some really nice local wines on offer too and at the end of the meal ask for the local desert wine that one of the staff makes which was lovely. Well done Eramtiaź.

Izvrstan restoran sa domaćim specijalitetima. Za predjelo smo uzeli školjke na buzaru i carpaccio od tune i stvarno sve je bilo ukusno, no opet izdvajam carpaccio i preporučam svima. Lagano, topi se u ustima a pored toga izvrstan balans okusa. Za glavno jelo ja sam uzela oradu a prijateljica file brancina u šafran sosu, također izvrsno. Svaka pohvala osoblju restorana koje je jako ljubazno i uslužno. Definitivno ćemo se vratiti i preporučiti prijateljima.

We went early evening on a Thursday 7-9, it was calm and we sat alongside the water. The setting is fantastic, and the service was the perfect amount of friendly casual jokes and professionalism. We had a selection of starters, and both the fish and meat grill, and a great yet affordable bottle of rose. We are staying a matter of minutes away and this went from being a convenient dinner pick to a stand out evening. All chargrilled, 8 cuts all in and not one was incorrectly finished. Could not recommend more

Wat een geweldige ervaring! We bezochten dit restaurant met z’n tweeën en waren meteen onder de indruk van de uitgebreide menukaart – een mooie balans tussen vis en vleesgerechten, met voor ieder wat wils. We kozen elk twee verschillende gerechten, in totaal dus vier verschillende gangen, en stuk voor stuk waren ze perfect bereid. De smaken waren verfijnd, de bediening enorm vriendelijk en alles kwam op het juiste moment. Het is duidelijk dat hier met liefde en vakmanschap wordt gekookt. Hoewel we uiteraard niet alles van de kaart hebben kunnen proeven, gaan we er met overtuiging van uit dat de andere gerechten van even hoge kwaliteit zijn. Als kers op de taart is het uitzicht adembenemend – een locatie waar je rustig wilt blijven zitten, zelfs als je bord allang leeg is. Wij komen hier zeker terug!
