The staff here was very friendly and helpful! They managed to help me find the perfect bathing suit in only a couple of minutes within being in the store.

Ker sama delam z ljudmi, vem, kako se stranka naj ne bi počutila. Odrezava hladnost, kar do sedaj nisem izkusila; naslednjič se ob isti prodajalki obrnem in grem do druge poslovalnice.

Zelo prijazno osebje, pohvale tako ga. Anji kot ga. Maji. Prišla po kopalke za hči, a sem se zaradi odnosa in ustrežljivosti odločila za nakup kopalk tudi zase. Zagotovo pridem še.

The youngest lady was very rude to me personally since our very first interaction, when while looking for my ID I said that not every place asks for it (in the sense that they should!). I guess it was lost in translation, but the communication was so rude I left with a complaint form. I hope the staff were more polite with future customers.

The staff (except for one lovely lady) was extremely rude. So rude that I had to ask them to please stop and give me a complaint form. Kindness goes a long way, and you can communicate the same things in a polite way. Especially when you work in contact with people.
