We traveled on the line Kotor-Dubrovnik. Compared to other bus companies, Libertas Dubrovnik has great buses, with kind drivers, so the travel was very pleasant!

Arrogant company, they have no system, they treat the customer rudely, you have to wait more than an hour to get to your destination. The state must intervene to reform the transportation system, otherwise it will present a bad image of Dubrovnik and will have a negative impact on tourism...⁰

Der Busfahrer der Linie 3a (Bus Nr. 306) hat gerade (5.6.2025, ca. 17:40) eine Einheimische zwischen zwei Stationen raus gelassen, meine Begleitung und ich sowie 3 andere Fahrgäste wollten auch dort aussteigen, weil das für uns wesentlich günstiger gewesen wäre. Dies hatte der Fahrer nicht zugelassen. Wir sind halt nur Touristen..... Dafür hat er uns 250 Meter vor der Endhaltestelle rausgelassen, auch keine Haltestelle, und wir mussten alle 5 zu Fuß bis zur Endhaltestelle gehen!!! Tolles Service! BITTE DEM FAHRER UNSEREN BESONDEREN DANK DAFÜR ÜBERMITTELN!

Ocjena 1 je previše za vas, katastrofa od linija ( nikad ne znaš kada će doći, proći.. hoće li se uopće pojaviti ) još kada dodamo cijene za istu uslugu.. ocjena -10. Imate aplikaciju tek tako da ju imate ( praćenje uživo ne znam je li ikada radila 😂) Uozbiljite se, usluga vam je tragična. Čak odgovorno tvrdim najgora u Europi.

Avoid at all costs. Most unreliable transport system in Europe. Busses aren't punctual. Drivers are rude. They don't even open the side door for wheelchairs or strollers. Use Bolt, it costs nearly the same anyway.

Utilized the bus multiple times while in Dubrovnik and only did so cause free with the Dubrovnik pass. Drivers are rude to tourists and extremely aggressive drivers. Had 2 near collisions. They don’t wait for people to get situated (I.e. hang on to something) before jetting off and you get whiplash. I get the time crunch the drivers need to keep up with but just bad experience every trip.

Very poor service for the tourists. No proper education on how to actually use the pass. We got a 7 day pass and didn’t know that the 1st print out they give has to always be carried as that’s specific to the bus pass. We were just carrying the 7 day city pass pdf. We had to exit the bus, later on when a white woman boarded the same bus - with the same issue as us, she was allowed. Some bit of racism I see. Post that only we were asked by the driver to board the bus when our cab was already there. RACIST drivers it seems. The only bad experience in the overall city of Dubrovnik, otherwise a great town!

Grozno način rada. Busevi ne dolaze na vrijeme. Aplikacija za praćenje buseva je grozna, oduzima mi prostor na mobitelu koliko je beskorisna. Dala sam jednu zvijezdica jer nema opcije za nijednu.
