Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Great location. The front desk/reception staff tremendously helpful with everything. They walk you to your room, even though they cant fit in the small elevator with you and your luggage. They walked me to my cab, twice, and ensured that the drivers would use the meter. There could be a little bit more horizontal space in the room(s) (I stayed in two) to both put your suitcase, and as far as desk workspace. Also, they spent a lot of money renovating the rooms, but they didnt go the extra $2.99 mile and install reusable shampoo, conditioner, and lotion dispensers :( which contributes to plastic pollution :( Otherwise, great experience.
Let’s start with the bad stuff: the room was really small, at night we could hear the noise from the people wandering around Belgrade and in the morning there was no way to sleep late because of the sun. If these things don’t bother you then it’s the best place to visit Belgrade! Everybody was so nice and friendly, Mina who welcomed us took the time to show us on the map all the attractions as well as restaurants to visit! Clean and tidy and in the heart of the city! 5 minutes walk to kalemegdan park

The only reason for the 4 stars regarding the room is that it was rather small! Apart from that the stay was really good! Extra credit to Mina for all the information she gave us for the town and the restaurants we could visit! And one last thing: location, location, location! The best!

We booked few nights in this hotel and was a excellent experience. Room and all in room was so clean, bathroom as well. Location great, cannot be better for Belgrade. The best of all is super gentle staff, willing to help in any occasion but real kindness, not the plastic one 😊 I would always get back there and would always recommend to anyone.

Belgrad tatilimizde üç gün konakladık. Gayet temiz ve düzenli bir oteldi. Girdiğimiz ilk andan itibaren bize çok yardımcı oldular, herkese İngilizceyi gayet iyi konuşuyordu. Çok merkezi bi noktada olan otelde hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık ama valizlerle gelirken sıkıntı olabiliyor.

Probably the best service that we have ever experienced in a hotel. The entire staff was totally committed to getting us a good night's sleep, even after our first night there was disrupted by students in the adjacent apartment building partying well into the wee hours of the morning. We were moved to a new room in the very front of the building on the pedestrian street, which proved to be perfectly quiet. The staff and owner were so apologetic, it made up for our sleepy eyes. Just try to score a room in the very front of the building overlooking the street versus the interior rooms one would normally assume to be peaceful but are positioned only a few metres from the local University student dorms. Hot water, fast internet, and well furnished rooms make this a top choice in Belgrade.

I booked one night in this luxurious hotel/apartments, and the service I received was second to none (for the price of course). The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly, and were willing to explain everything in detail. I speak English which was never an issue, as all staff I spoke to were fluent in English. The room I stayed in was modern, clean, and tidy. The bathroom in particular was immaculate. My experience was so good I booked another night! The discounted breakfast they offer at the cafe around the corner was delicious and fresh. I loved sitting in the window watching belgrade go by while drinking a coffee. Oh, and the location cannot be beaten. Thanks again!

Okumadan rezervasyon yaptırmayın! Booking puanına güvenerek rezervasyon yaptırdığım otele 10 Nisan 2025 tarihi 19:00 saatinde eşimle beraber gittik. Resepsiyondaki görevli boş bir kağıdı hiçbir şey yokmuş gibi imzalattıktan sonra “Ödemeyi peşin almam gerekiyor. Ayrıca odaya zarar verme ihtimaline karşı çıkış yapıncaya kadar pasaportlarınızı rehin olarak alacağız.” dedi. “Pasaportun verilmesinin mümkün olmadığını, ancak deposito gibi bir ödeme yapabileceğimi” yorgun olduğum için booking’de deposito istendiği belirtmemesine rağmen uzatmadan ifade ettim. Böylece 200 euro deposito ödenmesi konusunda anlaştık. Deposito ödemesini yaptım. Daha sonra otel ücretini ödedim. Ancak otel ücretinin para üstünü ancak sırp dinarı olarak ödeyebileceğini söyledi. Ben de döviz bürosundan yeterince dinar aldığımı ve euro istediğimi belirttim. Ancak kaba bir şekilde yandaki döviz bürosundan dinarı tekrar euro yapabileceğimizi söyledi. Ben de sonunda otelden vazgeçtiğimi söyledim. Peki diyerek ödemeleri iade etti. Ancak imzaladığım sözleşmeyi veremeyeceğini ancak fotokopisini verebileceğini söyledi. Güç bela sözleşmeyi alıp imza kısmını karaladım. Otelin bu olumsuz tavrının Türk pasaportumuzu verdiğimiz ancak itibaren ortaya çıktığını ve ırkçılık nedeniyle böyle bir tavır takınıldığını düşünüyorum. Berbat bir işletme. Booking’de nasıl bu kadar yüksek puan aldığını anlayamadım. Don’t make a reservation without reading this! Relying on the hotel’s high rating on Booking.com, I made a reservation and arrived with my spouse on April 10, 2025, at 7:00 PM. The receptionist had us sign a blank piece of paper as if it was nothing, and then said, “I need to take full payment upfront. Also, to prevent potential damage to the room, we will keep your passports as a deposit until check-out.” I told him that handing over a passport was not acceptable, but I was willing to pay a deposit instead — even though I was tired and Booking didn’t mention any deposit requirement. We agreed on a €200 cash deposit, which I paid. Afterward, I paid the room fee as well. But he told me the change could only be given in Serbian dinars. I said I had already exchanged enough dinars and preferred to receive euros. He rudely told me that I could go to the exchange office next door and convert the dinars back to euros. At that point, I decided to cancel the reservation. He said “Okay” and refunded the money. However, he refused to return the contract I signed and only offered a photocopy. After some effort, I managed to get it back and crossed out the signature area. I believe this inappropriate behavior started the moment they saw our Turkish passports and that we were subjected to discrimination. A terrible establishment — I genuinely don’t understand how it has such a high score on Booking.com. Nemojte rezervisati bez da ovo pročitate! Na osnovu visoke ocene hotela na Booking.com-u, napravio sam rezervaciju i sa suprugom stigao u hotel 10. aprila 2025. godine oko 19:00 časova. Recepcioner nas je bez objašnjenja naterao da potpišemo prazan papir, a zatim rekao: „Moram da naplatim ceo iznos unapred. Takođe, da bismo sprečili eventualnu štetu u sobi, zadržaćemo vaše pasoše kao zalog do odjave.“ Rekao sam mu da ne dolazi u obzir da predamo pasoš, ali da mogu da platim depozit — iako sam bio umoran i to nije bilo navedeno na Bookingu. Dogovorili smo se za depozit od 200 evra, koji sam platio. Nakon toga sam platio i cenu sobe. Međutim, rekao je da kusur može da vrati samo u srpskim dinarima. Objasnio sam da sam već menjao dovoljno dinara i da želim evre. Grubo mi je rekao da mogu otići do menjačnice pored i ponovo zameniti dinare u evre. Na kraju sam odlučio da otkažem rezervaciju. Rekao je „U redu“ i vratio novac. Ipak, odbio je da mi vrati ugovor koji sam potpisao, nudeći samo fotokopiju. Uz mnogo insistiranja, uspeo sam da ga dobijem nazad i precrtao sam deo sa potpisom. Verujem da je ovakav neprijatan odnos počeo onog trenutka kada su videli naše turske pasoše i da je u pitanju diskriminacija.
