ITS A SCAM I did not see google reviews before booking on booking.com. Its not what you think. You are basically staying in a old worn out shopping alley. ITS NOT A RESORT. They are just posting pictures from around the area, nothing to do with this place.

I originally booked this place for our trip to Dubrovnik but thankfully cancelled after reading the reviews — and I’m so glad I did. Using photos from entirely different hotels in your marketing is dishonest. Including the word “resort” in your name and showing images of properties you don’t own is false advertising, plain and simple. Just adding a disclaimer in the fine print doesn’t make it acceptable. What’s worse is the attitude in the responses to unhappy guests. Telling people they should have read the description isn’t good customer service — it’s deflection. The fact that multiple people have had the same issue should be a clear sign to change your practices, not double down. Out of curiosity, I walked from one of the actual hotels featured in your misleading photos to your property — and I literally gasped when I saw the state of your reception area. There’s no comparison. Avoid this place. I was so relieved I changed accommodation at the last minute.
