Cekali smo na dan ulaska do 17h da bi mogli uci u apartman jer kako agencija kaze to je zbog cistacice i osobe koja dolazi u provjeru cistoce nakon. Kada smo usli u apartman nista nije izgledalo kao na slikama po stropu paucina a pod se duz cijelog stana lijepio. Svaki pokusaj dobiti nekoga na broj mobitela je bio bezuspjesan na poruke odgovara rijetko, na slici je prikazano kao da apartman ima terasu međutim to je bio hodnik od zgrade gdje su po podu izmeti od ptica. Platili smo za dodatan treci lezaj i iskomunicirano je prije dolaska da dolaze 3 osobe međutim i za to smo se morali itekako namuciti da bi dobili treci lezaj nakon sta smo vec usli u apartman. Najveci prozor gdje vam je krevet gleda u hodnik gdje su ostali stanari. Agencija je kontaktirana te smo zamolili ili da nam se vrati iznos koji smo platili (unaprijed) ili da nas stave u veci apartman na sta smo dobili odgovor da otkazemo preko bookinga pa da ce nam se vratiti iznos od 30 eura koji je bio za ciscenje.. agencija se pritom ograđuje od situacije cijelo vrijeme sa recenicom da oni imaju 120 apartmana i da nemogu oni to sve pratiti . Sve u svemu jedna velika katastrofa i preporuka da idete sto dalje od ove agencije i apartmana.
