Such a shame, has so much potential but feels run down, perhaps underfunded, could have been better cared for and preserved and would have been amazing. Staff member was atrociously rude, chased us down demanding we pay for our tickets (we followed google maps and came through the back entrance and were literally on our way up to the ticket office to pay), then wouldn't allow us to pay by card and was quite confrontational. Ruins themselves were interesting. I'd say miss this unless you have a big interest in roman ruins.
