Osoblje je ljubazno... Menadžment firme - teški klošari. Kada je ugovor isteka sledeći račun je bio više nego duplo veći brz ikakvog obaveštenja da će tako biti. Čovek koji je njihov korisnik još od vremena kada su bili Mobtel Bogoljuba Karića prekida saradnju jer kao aktuelni korisnik (kome je istekao ugovor) ne može da potpiše ugovornu tarifu kao neko ko prvi put uđe u Yettel jer "program generše tako". Svaka preporuka da ih zaobiđete.

Saradnik po imenu Ivke mi je tako strpljivo i srdačno pomogao u odabiru modela telefona, tako da preporučujem saradnju sa njim kad dođete u Yettel-ovu radnju u Merkatoru. Ivke = car.

I was cheated. beacause I was here to pay 1000 dinars for 50GB data on May 10th around 3:00 pm. then I went home to chat with my friend, And suddenly the internet was cut off. I returned to this shop again, The clerk checked his computer and said “your 50GB data is working fine”, But I didn't have internet yet. He looked at my mobile phone and said “Your mobile phone is broken”. I said my mobile phone can be connected to WiFi, Then he said“ if you wait for half an hour, you will have the internet”. I waited for a while ,then I asked the clerk to send me a 50 gb text message, He said “you've been using the internet for an hour. You want me to send 50GB message. You have to pay another 1000 dinars”. I asked him why, He said “you ran out of your money”. I want to know how my money was run out, But nobody gave me an answer. In the end, the clerk still asked me to pay another 1000 dinars.And then ignored me.

Extremely bad experience every time I need services of this store. Last experience was terrible, I bought a data card and specifically asked more than once for the card to be assigned to my existing Yettel account and to be activated. After it took more than 20 minutes to sell to me a prepaid card, I was assured that card is active and it is assigned to my account. Surprize, nothing was working when I inserted the card in the laptop, and card was not visible in my app. Next day I call Yettel and they told me the card is not activated. I activate the card myself but card still not visible in the app. I go back to the store and they ere not able to find the card with my name without the card phone number. I had to go home, get the card and then go back to store where finally the lady there managed to fix the registration issue and my card is now visible in the app. In conclusion, what was was supposed to be a 5 minutes quick buy and setup, was for ma a week of calls to Yettel and visiting the store 2 times more to have everything as it should have been from the beginning. They costed me 1.5h of my time, plus gas, plus stress to buy and register a simple data card. Terrible experience. I do not recommend it even to my enemies. Verry, verry low quality of services. Avoid if possible.

Jedna od lošijih filijala sa polu ljubaznim ali nimalo profesionalnim osobljem. Došli smo da obnovimo ugovor i kupimo telefon, izabrali smo telefon, potpisali ugovor ali zbog Yettel banke morali smo da sacekamo ponedeljak jutro kako bi mogli da obrade podatke i uzmemo uredjaj, to je period on dan ipo. Rekli su da ce telefon cekati i da dodjemo ujutru po njega, čak su i ime nalepili na kutiju. Došli smo u ponedeljak po telefon, oni su ga u toku vikeda prodali nekom drugom, a nama su rekli da dodjemo sutra. Pritom, osoba koju dovodim ne moze da se kreće toliko a morali smo 3 puta da dolazimo da bi preuzeli telefon kome su nekome prodali. Kada sam trazio sefa, da vidim o cemu se radi decko koji mi je prodavao je rekao da je na odmoru i da je on zamenik. Nista nije preduzeo niti se izvinjavao, totalno ne zaiteresovan , ne može on ništa tu kaže. Verovatno i ne zna, a cisto sumnjam da je i on zamenik, pritom kada smo telefon preuzeli, uspeo je da proda zastitno staklo u koje je posle 2 dana krenuo da ulazi vazduh, nakon reklamacije oni su rekli da ne reklamiraju zastitno staklo i vade se na pricu da decko koji je to radio nije tu... Da ima nula stavio bi nju...

худший сервис мира? худший мобильный оператор Сербии это факт. у нас корпоративные сим карты и нельзя сменить тариф в личном кабинете, нельзя через менеджера, нельзя письмом. только лично сотрудник должен приходить и с кучей бумаг и заявлений сменить тариф. при этом очень дорогая связь в 3-5 раз дороже чем в России. смена тарифа должна делаться за 1 секунду в личном кабинете, так как это сделано у любого российского оператора сотовой связи. нам не помог наш менеджер - Ivana Lukić Business Telesales Account Manager Customer Care Department Comercial Division

Consultants do not know how changing a tariff works, in every office they told me different things. Also they initially assigned me a wrong tariff and now they cannot change it unless I change my number, which is not an option for me - and of course no one is responsible for that - the client pays and suffers for everything. This is the treatment you get in yettel. I hope I can move to another operator and keep my number not to deal with yettel anymore!
