Ćićarija is a rather low but significant and vast mountain range in Croatia, dividing Istria from the mainland. Its position grants excellent views and maritime climate. The slopes and trails are mostly mild, allowing easy hiking, trail running or ski touring. The name comes from indigenous people living in the valleys - check it on the internet :) One can surely find beautiful nature and a great getaway here.
