Zasluzuje sve pohvale, motivaciju za dalje i naravno nagradu poslodavca! Za ovakvog animatora se trebaju hoteli boriti! Stvarno pohvale svima jer djeca su u svakom trenutku rado sudjelovala u svim aktivnostima!

I worked at Love Carpe Diem as an entertainer, and my experience was deplorable. The lack of professionalism with which this company operates, especially considering they work with children, is alarming and sad. I had an incompetent leader named Mohamed Camel, who never taught me anything and spent the whole day sleeping. The animation at that hotel only existed because my colleague and I improvised and did the impossible with a lot of love and dedication for the children. Mohamed had a notable deficit in communication, both with adults and children, as well as with the hotel workers and entertainers. His behavior was always selfish and only oriented towards his own interests. It's incredible that people like Mohamed reach leadership positions thanks to individuals like Maja, the supervisor/director. Maja never presented herself as such, and her treatment of workers was disdainful and insulting. She mistreats her employees, especially knowing that most are South American or North African and that they don't have second chances. She treated us like garbage, even though my colleague and I gave the company a good image with our great work and effort. I decided to leave because my values do not align with Maja's. The day I was fired for expressing my discomfort and anger, the guests, parents of the children, complained and sent emails to the company expressing their dissatisfaction with the decision. After receiving about five complaints, Maja offered me to stay, but I declined the offer. Everything I did was out of love for the children, who are the ones who deserve it the most. Love Carpe Diem is not a company that values its employees or the children they are supposed to entertain. If you care about children and professionalism, look elsewhere.

They treat their workers so bad. They don't care about the children's, they care just about their image. The animators are maybe ok, but the leaders and the management is just terrible.

Ik ben 4.5 maand op Ulika fkk camping geweest. Helaas nu weer terug naar Nederland. Maar 1 ding moet ik jullie zeggen dat animatieteam dat jullie daar naar toe gestuurd hebben was in een woord GEWELDIG.. Hopelijk zijn zij volgend jaar ook weer daar. Vooral Branka met haar Aquarobic. Having just returned from our 2 week holiday at the hotel Osmine in Croatia, we felt the need to write the review about your entertainers which who were excellent . Canberk made us feel included and was there if we needed anything we also meet Rebecca for the last couple days of our stay and she was also very professional and a pleasure to be around, WHAT A TEAM simply brilliant Thank You Steve & Debbie.
