I just ate raw pizza dough — and I don’t mean slightly underbaked, I mean completely raw. I ordered 4 slices for 12 euros, and every single one was undercooked. The two “pikant” slices were slightly better, but the ham and cheese ones were fully raw, with only a thin crust forming at the bottom. To make things worse, the server seemed visibly annoyed to be working and didn’t speak Croatian. At one point, she dropped one of my slices onto a pastry dusted with powdered sugar… and still served it to me.

Today, even at 9am there is no bread. The bakery started last year with one staff and all fresh bread was available as from 7am. Now they have three staff and nothing is ready. Interesting how a shop can collapse in just a few months. It seems that Mlinar is not able to organise their own logistics. Pity, I really liked it
