Love this dessert shop! Not the sweetness of artificial flavor，very natural, each dessert is natural sweetness and it is just right. There are many styles, every time there is a surprise! Ice cream is delicious too!

The bakery is delicious, the place is very comfortable, but the service is terrible. I said thank you twice and they never answered me.

Oh my oh my, how I love Bouchée! 𑁍 I celebrated my daughter’s birthday here. We customized/ordered her cake with specific ingredients/instructions and they executed them beautifully. We will never forget our experience, the ambiance, the atmosphere, the decor .. literally everything was so perfect ♡

An absolutely amazing experience. The desserts and macaron are outstanding and they have a wide variety of them. Gelato is also outstanding. The laminated doughs are second to none. This outlet provides and outstanding amenity to the post oak hotel but, if I lived in Houston I would visit often. This is now one of my favorite pastry shops in the country to satisfy my sweet tooth.

I hate to write bad reviews about the places I like but this one really got me. I ordered a coffee and a croissant. Simple order… the place is not crowded like for me to understand the delay, still waited patiently. The place is not big for them to ignored that I haven’t received my order. I waited 30 min or more and saw how they served a whole family who got there after me and I was next to them. I am very understanding specially because I worked in the service industry for a while. I just asked for a refund and said I didn’t wanted anymore. They didn’t even bother about it. It’s the careless attitude on top. I’m hungry and pissed.

Left me quite disappointed this time around. Initially, I was very excited to see that they offer a turkey and cheese croissant, which is quite rare in Houston. However, they failed to mention that the croissant includes spinach, which I am not a fan of. This was a significant letdown, and I did not enjoy my meal. Additionally, finding parking spots is challenging, and you essentially have to valet your car. On the positive side, they do offer a discounted rate if you dine at Bouchee. Despite my disappointing meal, I still love the atmosphere and the vibe of the place, but today's visit was not up to my expectations.

I used to come here a lot before it was so much better than yesterday all workers are not smiling or welcoming guests They have a bad attitude and today i noticed they charged me twice!!!
