Very nice products, but they close their doors 1-2 hours before finishing their actual working hours. They could've increased production, I'm sure when it says it's open, it should be, and always have products on the shelf. People expect this. I've noticed that usually they have a full shelf in the morning and NEVER 2 hours before closing. The store is always closed at least 1 hour earlier.

One of my favourite bakeries in Ljubljana. Excellent service and an amazing quality of baked goods for a fair price. Just be there early if you want variety, as it gets sold out quickly.

Pros: - wonderful croissants (but be early, they go fast!) - great bread (epis and onion bread are out of this world) - friendly staff Cons: - tiny place with no parking (you can park illegally on the street, but I really don't recommend it).

Les français n'ont pas l'exclusivité des bonnes boulangeries et cet artisan boulanger le prouve. Nous avons goûté croissants, pains à l'abricot et pain au levain, tous étaient excellent.

The cinnamon buns... And the Épi bread are a must. Not sure why but all the pastries seem to be undercooked. For breads I think bakery Osem has a better selection.
