Très déçus de l’aménagement réservé aux touristes. Ce parking ne concerne que les résidents. Il est interdit aux touristes.

Zablokovaná cesta velmi úzka 20 min sme chváli aby sme sa dostali odtiaľ. Bez možnosti otočenia sa. Taxikári tam vozia turistov a aj tak musia cúvať lebo sa tam nedá dostať. Velmi zlá skusenost. Neviem na co je to parkovisko ked sa tam nedá dostať

Unverschämt gierig, so wie an vielen Orten in Kroatien! Darum mache ich nicht mehr Urlaub in diesem Land. Unfreundlich und arrogant noch dazu. Letztlich liegt es aber an uns Touristen, ob wir diese Wucherpreise zahlen oder nicht.

We PAID 40€ the whole day, but still got fined 53€ for the same period. The license plate ends in ***-II which I wrote 11, instead of ii. All croatian cars end with two letters, which I didn't know. It's a tiny mistake that (1) doesn't fit Croatian license plate format, (2) the machine could have detected, (3) the agent could have seen on the parking receipt under the windshield with the license plate written on it and checked in the parking database. This is clearly a double charge for tourists, where we paid 40€ for no service. It is a clear sign of behavior if an agent sees a parking receipt, ignores the obvious mistake 'II' a places a double expense. In addition the machine doesn't even work properly: when we requested a 24h parking duration, it asks for 40€, card payment doesn't work (can't insert the card, no contact fails) and after inserting 2x 20€, it says 'insufficient credit '. After a timeout, it just prints a ticket with 40€ written on it (so how are things recorded in the parking database for our car then?) That's our memory of Dubrovnik.
