Razočarana,ko želiš menjati izdelek,ki je popoldne original z vsemi etiketami nastane težava...res je bilo od nakupa do menjave 40 dni vendar koliko mi je znano v vseh prodajalnah ni težava,če je račun in vse kot mora bit na artiklu....MASS ima npr.100 dni pa dost drugih tudi....do sedaj sem bila redna stranka po takšnem odnosu pa ne hvala...na koncu ne odgovorijo niti na mail.S tem pokažejo odnos do strank.. verjetno se ne zavedajo,da živijo od denarja,ki jim ga nosijo stranke.....
