I had the chance to attend "Mindfulness – Breathing Techniques That Are Changing the 21st Century Classroom" with Dario, and it was a truly transformative and unforgettable experience. It was my very first Erasmus training, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. Dario’s presence, energy, and professionalism created a unique atmosphere that felt less like a course and more like a therapeutic journey. We took part in a course in Split related to Mental Health and Wellbeing. It was engaging, dynamic, and motivating, especially thanks to our teacher, Darío. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera kursen Building better mental health and well-being! Teori har blandats med praktik och jag upplever att jag fått kunskap om hur jag kan få återhämtning i den stressade vardagen som livet som lärare innebär. Läraren Dario fångade oss studenter och gjorde kursen extra minnesvärd med sina målande beskrivningar av den kroatiska kulturen och den mångfasetterade skolvärlden samtidigt som han bjöd på sig själv.

What an incredible week that was! I took the course "Mindfulness - Breathing Technique that is changing the 21st century classroom" in Split. Dario and the other teachers in this course Ruzica and Nikola were nice, motivated and competent in their subjects. There was enough time to learn, get in touch with people from the other countries and to explore Split. It was a good balance of everything. The week with Dario and the other teacher was a greatful experience. I could learn a lot about breathing, mental health and practical exercices. It was so funny and I laughed a lot.
