Apartments Anita: Quiet Location, But Needs Attention Apartments Anita is in a quiet area, and it's certainly peaceful, which is a big plus. However, the apartment itself is quite old and needs some touching up here and there. For example, the balcony blinds need repair, and there are no mosquito nets, which can be an issue. Additionally, the air conditioning unit is quite noisy. The apartment is only basic equipped, and I found the mattresses quite firm and uncomfortable. Considering the condition and amenities, the price requested is excessively high compared to what's offered.
