The panorama is beautiful from the bridge in good weather as you can see on the pictures. You can walk both side of the bridge. It contains stairs on the edges. One of them you can go down to the waterfront. Everyone runs or ride a bike near the waterfront, because long bike route is near the waterfront. That's why I added just 4 star, because the everywhere near the stairs has graffiti, what is not fit the environment.
