Reading a lot of the reviews on Google about estar and all the negative criticism, I don't know about other ppls experiences with them but I put a truck in there for a new dpf and was called to say works been completed so went up to pay and collect the truck and the lady says sorry won't be a minute just got to change your invoice much to my pleasure the new invoice was cheaper than the original one which they didn't have to tell me they could of just had me pay the first invoice which is very honest of them. Now the lady I delt with I don't know if she's just front of shop staff or a manager or something but she definitely would do a good job if she was a manager dealt with the whole situation fantastically her name was Olivia, very polite very well spoken that's why I don't understand all the negative reviews regarding rude staff 🤷♂️

Estar Deeside provide service, maintenance and repairs for all the mercedes vans we use for Amazon deliveries. The customer service is excellent. They repond to email enquiries and updates within minutes, and they work well with us to get our vans back on road quickly. And in this line of business, quick turn around is key. I had an appointment for airbag recall so I spoke to georgia, she mentioned there was a software update available, ask me if it had even been remapped etc, so we decided to book it in for that too, unfortunately I had to cancel appointment, spoke again with Georgia (lovely) again confirm new date for airbag & software update, arrived to this rude unprofessional lady on desk, tried to explain she kept on saying No No it's not on system ask to get Georgia still No No left key made 10 min call walked back in she threw key across desk and said done with a right attitude on her face!!!! Ask the guy out side as I was done in minutes & another man came out saying with a attitude what's your problem... What a place!!! You get told something prior and confirmed still don't listen!! I'm not surprised you have such low star rating I will never use them!! Just a tip the person in your front desk is you company smile that's who pretty much represents you guys.. not someone who has an attitude with no smile Curtis Glover

Everything I have heard about main dealers is RIGHT. Wanted to check my auto oil. Should be easy .Not a chance. No oil dipstick so rang e star to book in for them to use there dipstick .NOT a chane . They said It would need a gearbox service ya right this pigeon is not for plucking

Absolutely horrendous experience at this franchise. The female manager is the most patronising and unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of coming across. I am in complete shock at how I was treated by both the general staff and management. I am appalled and have raised this further with Mercedes head office. It is beyond me that people could feel so comfortable to treat others this way. I have given 1 star but would give 0 if possible.

I have only given them one star because I had to select something to write a review !! I have dealt with some incompetent people in my time but this dealership is among the top 3!! I have taken my van in twice for its constant rattling which still isn’t fixed ! The last time it went in it was for a battery fault and other issues with apple car play , seats not fixing in place and this rattling it was meant to be in for the day but they never bothered to call me to say it needed parts it was only when I called them I said I would leave it their for them to sort . I was told it would be complete by lunch time !! 2pm came and went and only when I called them I was told it was next in the workshop!!! Which then meant I was unable to pick it up . When I finally picked it up 5 days after I dropped it off the rattle was still present I was told the fault with the seat not returning was my fault and was chargeable and the van absolutely stunk inside, it was like someone had shorted something out and there had been some kind of electrical fire with some transmission oil thrown in for good measure !! I had to leave on the drive for 3 nights with the windows open, if I went anywhere in it I had to have the windows open . I can safely say after nearly 2 weeks a full valet it’s just about usable with the windows shut . I have had to go through Mercedes customer services to even get a response to my issues and even Mercedes head office were apparently as confused by the vague response to issues as I was !! So basically if you want your van coming back to you in a worse state than it went in, use Deeside Mercedes Truck and Van I’m sure you will be as astonished by the level of customer care I was !!

New sprinter 317 very nice 9 speed auto seems very good so far possibly could do with a bit more torque for towing Morgan and the other staff at estar were very helpful.
