Iskustva unazad dvije-tri godine grozna, neljubazni, drski, vidno frustrirani djelatnici. Danas starija laborantica djetetu rošta po krvnoj žili i nakon toga još dodatno mora krvnu sliku vaditi iz prsta ali ni sama ne zna ima li dovoljno krvi u epruveti, hoce li ponovno pikati venu ili bi prst, konzultira se s kolegicom, sve u rangu pripravnika a ne iskusne djelatnice. Dijete inače ima super vene i bio je miran da ga se gotovo nije moralo ni drzati, ali gospodja ocito ne zna raditi svoj posao pa sada dijete ima ogroman podljev kubitalno i vjerojatno poprilican strah od iduceg vadjenja koje sigurno nece biti u ovom laboratoriju.
