Unprofessional and concerning We visited about 20 minutes before closing. The entrance is an open area, not an enclosed space. A man there smelled strongly of alcohol, even in the open air, which suggests he had been drinking heavily. He charged us 5 euros each instead of the official 8 euros and did not provide any tickets. The experience felt unprofessional and inappropriate for a historical site.

Such a terrible experience. I was hoping to go in and ask questions and have a pleasant experience. To say the least that did NOT happen. The workers did not want to answer any questions or help with the creams. I was very disappointed with the service I got.

Really glad we hadn’t paid €8 pp to go into the monastery, as we were in there 15 minutes tops. It is included in the Dubrovnik Pass though, so we did this late afternoon and then the walls the following morning, as the Pass is 24hr from first activation. There is very little to see, though the ancient books on display are interesting. There is still a modern day pharmacy at the entrance to the building.

Whilst the Franciscan Church is small it has an interesting history and contains some intriguing artefacts. Would recommend with the Dubrovnik day pass.

Sehr schöne und unbedingt sehenswerte historische Apotheke! Die historische Apotheke und der Kreuzgang mit einem wunderschönen Garten waren Teil unserer Stadtführung und sollten bei einer Tour durch Dubrovnik auf keinen Fall fehlen! Fünf Sterne und unbedingte Weiterempfehlung!
