For hikers on the via alpina the perfect alternative to the mountain hut which is currently closed. Emma and Sandro were very nice and caring. You will find everything you need. The booking via whatsapp was uncomplicated. If you don't speak italian Emma will make do with some english.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni a Bagnoli della Rosandra ospiti del Bnb da Sandro ed Emma e non potevamo fare scelta migliore. L' appartamento è curato ed accogliente, non manca di nulla. La posizione del paese è ideale per visitare Trieste, la Slovenia e l' Istria. Partendo a piedi dal Bnb si può esplorare la Val Rosandra, davvero suggestiva, anche con semplici trekking adatti a tutti. Il valore aggiunto in tutto ciò sono Emma e Sandro : cordiali, disponibili e prodighi di consigli... due persone davvero in gamba. Grazie di tutto Davide, Diletta ed i ragazzi

I’m currently hiking the Alpe-Adria Trail for two weeks from Velden to Muggia, and my 13th stop was at B&B Sandro & Emma. Without a doubt, this was the best stay of my entire journey so far — and I’ve already stayed in 12 other places! What made this stay truly outstanding was Emma herself. She is the kind of host every hiker dreams of — genuinely caring, thoughtful, and doing everything from the heart. That personal touch is what elevated this experience from simply "very good" to exceptional. Communication with Emma was quick, efficient, and warm from the very beginning. She even suggested a great place for dinner and went the extra mile to call and book a table for me, knowing how crowded it can get. The B&B had everything a tired hiker could wish for: in the room there were cold drinks, fruits, cookies, tea, and coffee waiting for me. The Italian breakfast was also very good, with a great selection and generous portions — it gave me the perfect start for my next hiking day. The garden is peaceful and beautiful — I truly enjoyed sitting there in the morning, sipping coffee and reading a book. In short: if you’re looking for a place where you can feel at home during your hike or while visiting the area, don’t hesitate — book this place. Thank you, Emma, for your amazing hospitality! I only wish I could have stayed here every night of my hike. ❤️

Gentilissima Emma! Breve soggiorno durante la via Flavia. Camera e bagno privato nuovi, ben arredati, accoglienti e molto puliti. Colazione buona e abbondante ! Zona tranquilla e rilassante

Una struttura incredibilmente pulita e accogliente. Ci si sente immediatamente a casa, grazie a tanti piccoli dettagli e alla cura di Emma e Sandro. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Si dorme immersi nel silenzio e nella bellezza. La colazione è abbondante e servita con cura e accoglienza. Siamo stati davvero felici di aver conosciuto Sandro e Emma e di essere stati loro ospiti
