Accommodations

Our B&B consists of a cozy two-story house with a spacious garden, home to fruit trees and a flourishing vegetable patch. The lower level exclusively caters to guests, offering two independent apartments designed for comfort and privacy. Each apartment is equipped with essential amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay.

For outdoor enthusiasts, the area features a scenic bike path that connects Fossalon to Grado and the archaeological site of Aquileia, with additional access routes along the famed "Via Postumia" and "Alpe-Adria" cycling trails. The peaceful and less-trafficked roads surrounding Fossalon provide ideal conditions for leisurely bike rides. Moreover, visitors can explore the Lido delle Conchiglie, a sandy beach favored by windsurfing and kitesurfing aficionados, located just 4 km from our B&B.
