Established in 1994 as Orada trade, it has been a significant player in the frozen fish market, evolving its operations to include the cultivation of premium fish like gilt-head bream and European bass through its subsidiary, Ribarstvo F, since 2004.

Mariculture

Operating on the pristine islands of Cres and Plavnik, Orada Adriatic takes advantage of the untouched nature and diverse marine life to cultivate its fish. This idyllic setting ensures that the hatcheries for gilt-head bream and European bass thrive in an optimal environment, fully exposed to the open sea.

Processing

To further ensure product quality, the company manages the entire supply chain, from catching fish daily to transporting them from hatchery to sorting center. In 2017, a new processing facility was established in the Kukuljanovo Industrial Zone, enhancing the processing of gilt-head bream, European bass, fresh Adriatic blue fish, and other seafood products.
