"Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Besuch auf diesem Campingplatz. Leider muss ich mich den Kommentaren der anderen hier anschließen. Die Begrüßung beim Einchecken war unfreundlich und das Personal schien keine Lust zu haben, uns zu helfen. Wir wurden auf deutsch gesagt nur auf den Arm genommen!!! Wir haben 1.Reihe gebucht mit Meerblick Erster Platz der uns zugewiesen wurde war leider nicht nutzbar für uns da in allen Richtungen vorne rechts links es nur bergab ging Der unfreundliche Mitarbeiter teilte uns sofort mit wenn der Platz nicht ok sei dann sucht euch bitte einen anderen der frei ist. Dies haben wir auch getan und sind dann wieder zurück zur Rezeption und teilten den neuen Platz mit wo wir stehen da er frei war. Da durften wir auf einmal nicht stehen da er reserviert sei. Die haben extrem unfreundliche Managerin sagte der Platz geht nicht wurde für 150€ Aufpreis von jemand anderem reserviert ! Ok dann weiter gesucht nach Platz. Nach ca 30 min den nächsten Platz gefunden und einfach stehen geblieben Zur Info der reservierte Platz wurde in unserem Besuch nie benutzt! Er stand die ganze Zeit frei! Frechheit von der Managerin so etwas zu behaupten. Naja vielleicht wollte man ja nur noch mehr Geld kassieren! Die Stellplätze sind außerdem eine Zumutung in der Größe siehe Bilder maximal 7,50 breit und auch lang! Das einparken wird zur Geduldsprobe! Die Sanitäranlagen tut mir leid absolute Katastrophe !!! Ich weis es sind viele Menschen hier der ein oder andere achtet nicht darauf alles sauber zu hinterlassen aber ein Campingplatz muss ja damit rechnen und Personal bereit stellen zum sauber machen Egal ob morgens mittags abends oder nachts es war immer dreckig! Ich bin nicht eine Person die alles steril haben muss aber zumindest sauber!! Dafür sollte der Platz 0 Sterne bekommen! Thema Lautstärke: Bis nachts 3-4 Uhr ständig laute Musik vom anderen Platz zu hören. Erholung Ruhe sieht anders aus. Man kommt sich vor wie am Ballermann! Thema Hund. Ich selbst bin mit Hund unterwegs Man kann den Hund überall mitnehmen das ist gut aber es gibt viele Hundehalter die ihre Hunde einfach so herum laufen lassen Aufgrund des schönen Ausblickes aus der ersten Reihe gibt es 1 Stern da er ansonsten 0 bekommen würde

We’ve camped here for about 25 years, since high school, and for the past 10+ years spent nearly two full months each summer on the same pitch with my family and caravan. Every year, we reserved a year in advance and paid up to €150 non-refundable fee to secure our specific pitch and dates (unlike other campsites where reservation is deducted from the total). In spring 2025, we learned from friends that our pitch had been destroyed by construction. When we called reception, they confirmed it was gone but offered us to transfer the reservation or get a refund. At that time, the old employees were still at the reception. In may 2025 we received a new map, but it looked completely different, so we visited in person. They had renovated the area: pitches were now flat and had water – good – but trees were cut down, shade was gone, and it felt more artificial than a natural campsite. Still, we chose a new pitch, marked "Luxury" at the time, and received the 2025 price list at the reception. When we arrived at the end of June we were met by entirely new staff. The receptionist didn’t understand that only 3 people were staying, while 2 were just helping to set up and will leave same day. Despite our 2-month reservation, everything caused confusion. Also, we were told boats were no longer allowed, something never mentioned before. “Not my problem,” was the answer when asking what should I do with the boat. When you get inside you see dozens of boats in the water - then why do they tell us it's not allowed? The first few weeks passed, we were harassed for making a small drainage barrier for upcoming storm. After explaining, they reluctantly allowed it, but made us feel like criminals. When new family members rotated in (same pitch, same caravan), the staff were confused again. They couldn’t understand how someone could leave and another arrive under same booking. The reservation is for the pitch - not for people - people come and go, it's not a rental business, it's the same family. It was absurd. When paying we noticed that our pitch – booked as “Luxury” – was now reclassified as “First Row to the Sea” (even though it is not), which costs a lot more. No one told us before. Later when paying, we were charged a lot more than expected - prices changed daily. And you don’t see the breakdown until after payment. In previous years, the loyalty discount was clearly displayed in breakdown on the invoice, now it is already "included in the price", so you can't check if you really got the right one - especially since you don't even know the full price as there is no price list. I calculated and saw we’d been overcharged by about €200 - or at least twice more since they changed the pitch classification between the booking and arrival. I asked for clarification, and they claimed prices were calculated by an “algorithm.” They said it’s “common practice.” It’s not. I camp regularly, and every other campsite has clear pricing known in advance. Only here do prices behave like stock market. Eventually, a senior staff member admitted we were right and refunded us €180, but how many others are overcharged without realizing it? They overcharged us so much for a 14-day period - for the entire 2 months it could have been 4x as much if I hadn't insisted. Sanitary blocks are new, but now there are fewer cabins (queue every morning), toilet paper often runs out, also the hot water. Noticeably lower hygiene standards - Asian cleaning staff work all the time but don’t maintain the same quality as before. Stupice has lost its soul. What used to be a natural, welcoming campsite has become a confused, overpriced, mismanaged resort. Staff are inexperienced and unhelpful but arrogance hurts the most. Long-time guests don’t matter anymore. We’re leaving after more than two decades – with disappointment instead of memories. Spoiled vacation by arrogance. If you value transparency, nature, and respect – look elsewhere. For photos I can attach a cutout of the map we booked from and the map upon arrival - the same pitches are classified differently

I’ve been here a few times over the years and most previously was this June. It’s grown exponentially, it’s very full (understandably) while the location is absolutely wonderful. My friend I was with did a kayak tour from the campsite and she really enjoyed her time, I enjoyed the beach and the sun from different areas around the campsite. I rated „rooms“ just a 3 but in reference to the campsites - very very crowded place and while there is TONNES to choose from you get sent in with a map and told to call and ask if the spot your looking at and like is free. What would work well here is something like Parks Canada website where you can view the campsite you’d be booking and that would help you from the maze of driving around and deciding and trying to find your way back - it’s hot out and you just wanna get to setting up and not touring the GIGANTIC space juggling way too many options 😂 it becomes a rating of which might offer shade and which might over equal grounds to park on and also as we were out to relax the most …. Find a park spot with not AS MANY kids around (not possible, so we settled for shade 😂) Facilities are spotless and well maintained, that shower was like a massage and after camping a few nights felt like one of the best I ever had ! And their are restaurants all around the location and insider tip …. „To go“ aperols are cheaper from the restaurant than from the bar 😉

Relativ großer Campingplatz... sauber und die Gastronomie ist top... einziger Nachteil ist schlechter Meerzugang relativ schnell tiefes Wasser und da wo man stehen könnte sind viele Seeigel die schmerzhaft sein können... ansonsten alles okay

Miejsce, do którego z przyjemnością wracam od lat. Miejsce do kąpania, surfowania, SUP-a itd. Świetna lokalizacji na samym końcu Istrii. Wieczorem cisza, każdy wycofuje się do swojego zacisza. W bardzo wysokim sezonie nie polecam, toalety przepełnione, a wieczorem może być kolejka pod prysznic. Sanitariaty czyste, choć pamiętają już dawne czasy. Obsługa pomocna i miła. Trochę jest zawsze zamieszania ze sprecyzowaniem parceli, znaki poniszczone lub powyrywane przez auta. Sup-em można dotrzeć spokojnie na Kamenjak oraz inne wysepki, gdzie znajdzie się miejsce dla siebie. Camping dla ludzi o wolnym umyśle szukających miejsca z dala od zwariowanego świata.

Great camp with good prices and location. We were scared of the reviews about noise from construction, but there was none. The nights were very calm, pitches were big and every pitch was close to electricity. Toilets are very well maintained and big, they are cleaned a few times a day. The reception was also very friendly and helpful, everybody could speak english.

Online Buchung war sehr einfach und relativ übersichtlich, der Check-in war ok… typisch für Kroatien: suchen sie sich einen Platz und sagen sie uns dann wo sie stehen. Soweit so gut. Relativ großer Platz mit vielen Plätzen unter Pinien, sehr uneben. Viel zu kleine Waschhäuser mit jeweils 4 Duschen für Damen und 5 Duschen für Herren - auf Deutsch: Schlange stehen. Bis hier hin, soweit so gut… aber: Beim Checkout sollte ich zuerst noch einmal zahlen (185€), obwohl ich das bereits bei der Onlinebuchung durchgeführt hatte. (3 Nächte für 1 Platz und 2 Personen für 212€) Nachdem ich den Hinweis gab, dass ich schon bezahlt hatte, sagte sie ok und hat die Zahlung gefunden. Dann fragte ich was mit der Differenz ist, große Augen… „hier steht nur bezahlt“ Ich zeigte der Dame meinen Buchungsbeleg (212€), das interessierte sie nicht… hier steht nur bezahlt Wenn man sich als 5* an knapp 30€ bereichern muss… traurig 😡
