La Casa used to be one of the best coffee bars I’ve ever been to. Especially the Flat White – rich, aromatic, perfectly textured, and always served with attention to detail. You could tell real baristas were behind the counter. Unfortunately, things have changed recently. On my last two visits, there were two new male staff members working – and honestly, it was a disaster. Unmotivated, poorly trained, no eye for service, no smile, no care. They simply placed the coffee down without a word, no latte art, no presentation – just a random pile of foam on top. As for the Flat White – in both cases, it was more like a milky coffee with too much foam. Completely off the mark. For a café like La Casa, which presents itself as a specialty coffee shop, this is simply unacceptable. These two staff members do not match the La Casa standard. Either they need proper barista training – or they should be replaced. I understand how hard it is to find good staff. But honestly: better none than staff who actively damage the experience and the brand. Despite this honest criticism, I’m still giving 5 stars – not for the current service, but because I know what La Casa can be. The potential is still there, the coffee can be amazing, and service used to be truly outstanding. I sincerely hope management takes action – before this great café loses its reputation

I had a very pleasant experience at La Casa de Caffe in Belgrade. The coffee was excellent, the service was quick, and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming — the kind of place you want to come back to. The only downside was the bathroom, which wasn’t very clean at the time of my visit. Still, I’m leaving 5 stars for the overall quality and hope future guests will find the restroom in better condition. Highly recommend!

Хорошее расположение. Много места. Чуть хромает сервис. Круассан с шоколадом на 5 из 5. В первый раз нам принесли и в нем оказалось больше шоколада, чем самого круассана. Это было настолько необычно, что мы записали это место в любимые. Во второй раз, в круассане было шоколада очень мало. И тут мы поняли, что в прошлый раз была случайность:) видимо в последний круассан залили все остатки шоколада:)
