Troje radnika u sanku, kafić popunjen 20% otprilike, konobari ne poslužuje gosti, sami morate doći po kavu ili što već na šank, a onda vam 2 kave naplati 8 EURA!! Vodu trebate posebno zatražiti, a dobit ćete vodu sobne temperature u vrućoj čaši (iz perilice). Idealna dobrodošlica u Zagreb na vruć ljetni dan.

I recently visited Caffè Nero and ordered an espresso macchiato, expecting the classic Italian-style espresso topped with just a dollop of foam. To my surprise, I was served a latte macchiato instead—essentially a glass of steamed milk with a hint of espresso. When I pointed out the mistake, the staff didn’t seem to understand the difference. This was especially disappointing considering Caffè Nero markets itself as “The Italian Coffee Company.” One would expect a basic understanding of the fundamental differences between espresso-based drinks. An espresso macchiato is a bold, concentrated shot with a touch of foam—not a milky drink. These distinctions matter to coffee enthusiasts and should be standard knowledge for any barista. If Caffè Nero wants to uphold its Italian branding, I strongly suggest better training on authentic coffee preparation. As it stands, this experience has left me questioning their commitment to quality and authenticity.

Cijena croissanta od 3,40 € u Hrvatskoj, gdje je prosječna plaća višestruko manja nego u Švicarskoj, jednostavno je pretjerana. U Baselu (CH) isti proizvod možete dobiti i jeftinije – što dovoljno govori. Na moj komentar o previsokim cijenama, konobar mi je neljubazno odgovorio s “Svaka roba ima svog kupca”, što dodatno govori o stavu prema gostima. Kao gost ne tražim luksuz, ali očekujem osnovnu ljubaznost, korektnu uslugu i cijene koje imaju veze sa stvarnošću. Nažalost, ovdje toga nije bilo. Nadam se da će se u budućnosti pojaviti netko s boljom ponudom i stavom prema ljudima.

Zero stars even, the lady was rude, and was making fun of us to her colleague thinking we don’t speak the language, which we do.. while we were counting the coins to pay. Other than that, typical airport food and coffee, overpriced and and tastes OK.

На кассе женщина была максимально не дружелюбной и не приветливой. Смотрела на нас, максимально недовольным, уставшим взглядом. На наши вопросы про кофе - либо вообще не отвечала, либо отвечала на своем языке, параллельно общаясь со своим напарником. Когда я оплачивала - и приложила карту….мне несколько раз сказали нажать кнопку, которую я нажимала. Когда я нажала в третий раз мне сказали «Brawo» Шутку оценила - а вот сервис 0. Я посмеялась от души, и сразу поняла, что путешествие по Хорватии ожидается интересным 😂😎

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience. The staff member seemed completely uninterested and distracted — more focused on when she could go out for a cigarette than on helping customers. Such an attitude comes across as highly unprofessional and seriously damages the reputation of the place. I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and commitment to the job.

Mon grand-père, une personne âgée, pense avoir oublié sa carte d’identité dans ce café. J’ai essayé d’appeler plusieurs fois pour demander s’ils l’avaient trouvée. Quand quelqu’un a enfin répondu, au lieu de simplement écouter ma demande, on m’a directement insulté sans raison. C’est un comportement inacceptable, surtout quand il s’agit d’aider une personne âgée à récupérer un document important. Très déçu de cette attitude.

The service was slow, it was quite expensive costing €20 for a a slice of cake, a sandwich and cappuccino although compared to the rest of airport prices it was fairly reasonable. But the staff were friendly and the food was as you’d expect.

More like a Cafe Zero. Order a cake and got a rock,probably it sits on the bar for days. No cushions on the terrace, uncomfortable metal chairs. Terrace floor quite dirty. Staff uninterested. And waaaay overpriced for the quality and overall experience.

Pedí dos Capuccinos mientras esperábamos nuestro vuelo. Somos dos personas que no tomamos leche de vaca, así que pedimos leche de soja. Al ver el ticket nos llevamos una sorpresa al ver que nos cobraban 1,50 € por poner leche de soja. Esta diferencia de precio es discriminatoria para las personas que no podemos tomar leche de vaca, como es mi caso. Además de ser carísimo el café, algo que se podría llegar a entender puesto que es un aeropuerto, el precio extra de la leche de soja es desorbitado. Además de no avisarlo antes de pedirlo. Una vez nos quejamos, indicaron que está en el mural de precios. Igualmente, aunque esté indicado es un precio abusivo, puesto que se usa poca cantidad de leche para el precio tan alto que se le pone. Una vergüenza ese trato discriminatorio. Hemos puesto una queja oficial para que se trate el caso. Adjunto fotografía del ticket.

Nice ambient, great service but the cakes overpriced especially considering that they are dry and expired. Small Jana 0.33 ice tea 5.30 euros?? excuse me 🙂 what is that prices? for a coffee 2 drinks and 2 cakes 26e?!

As one would expect, the prices are quite high for an airport but the food was alright and the lady behind the counter was nice enough. I would not have eaten there if my rent a car had been ready in time but not a bad experience overall.
