The best sushi I've ever tried (never was in Japan, so can't compare with them, but still!). The size is not very big, that's true, but they shouldn't be! Variety is big enough and you may try different ones and don't feel hunger at all. Everything is soooo fresh, that fish and shrimps are literally melting on your tongue. The quality and the taste are amazing. The staff is friendly and our waiter was very kind to describe us almost each type so we could choose what we really wanted to. There are not a lot of tables inside, the place is not big, so I may suppose if you want to have a table for sure, book it in advance. Thanks a lot! Hoping to come back))

Oh no...it's just a huge "no" from me. The smallest pieces of sushi I have ever been served, the tiniest portion of wasabi (less than 1/5th of a teaspoon per "serving") compared to the overwhelming amount of soy sauce offered in comparison to compensate. The tempura shrimp was mediocre at best. Overall, little quality flavour and a forgettable experience. I would feel embarrased charging people for Japanese cuisine at this standard. Anyone who recommemds this restaurant doesn't know anything about good sushi. You come here for the presentation, and that's it. I'd feel humiliated if I was introducing people to these dishes for the first time. This is a place for "Instagrammers" who like to pretend they are experiencing fine dining. That was evident by a few customers taking at least 10 pictures of their dishes before trying. You come here to be "seen". Not for the culinary experience.

This is the best Japanese restaurant that I know of in Ljubljana. The food is of a very high standard and the restaurant itself is clean and well presented with nice wooden chairs. Everything here looks delicious and is typical of the well presented dishes that you expect of the Japanese.

Sushi in Laibach...na dann hier! Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal. (auf die Empfehlungen achten und dem Tagesangebot an Fisch) Auch das Carpaccio vom Wagyū-Rind (leider aus Australien und nicht aus Österreich) ist hervorragend. Die Weinkarte ausgewogen und die Weine aus der Region sind zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!!
