A place with a nice view but a horrible host Definitely the worst experience we have had using booking.com. The apartment is situated with a nice view but there were several issues with the host that took away from anything positive this place has. We had messaged the host on booking.com earlier in the day regarding check in however we received no response. We then found a different number and sent them a text message and no response. We arrived for check in at 3pm and called the number, the host said they had been trying to ring us but we had received no calls. We had to wait in the hot sun for 15 minutes as the hosts were not prepared for our arrival. A kind lady did arrive and let us into the apartment, she was very nice and pleasant and apologetic of the wait. She mentioned that they had been sent a number by booking.com, she showed us the number and we confirmed it was not ours. This was unusual as we have booked via booking.com several times and this has never happened however it was clearly a fairly minor mistake and should not have been a big issue. We were in the apartment approximately 1 hour and a male host knocked on our door. He was rude to us and asked us to close the window we had open. He then knocked on the door a few minutes later with an angry tone and waving a card reader at us saying we had to pay. We were confused as we thought the payment had been taken already through booking.com. We then checked as saw booking.com hadnt yet taken payment so my partner quickly put the payment through. This was a misunderstanding that could have easily been resolved if the host could speak and behave in a calm manner or with minor customer service. Even after we paid, the host would not leave and was very angrily accusing us of giving him a wrong contact number, even though we already explained to him and his wife that this was not our number and clearly an error. My girlfriend asked him to calm down several times but he was aggressive and quite intimidating, he also called my girlfriend an "ignorant women". He only left when other customers of his arrived to check in, at that point his persona changed and he left us alone. We then overheard him giving out about us to the other guests on the property which was very unprofessional. We were shocked and disgusted at the treatment we received from this host. For the price we paid for one night we expected to be treated with dignity and respect. Instead we were spoken down to and harassed by an angry man over very minor issues that a normal customer service establishment should have resolved without any problems. We were worried the angry man would return again but thankfully he didn't and we were very relieved to leave this place the next morning! Avoid this place if you can!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft und netter Gastgeber. Praktisch ist der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. In der Stadt ist man in ca. 15 Minuten, zurück ist es eine kleine "Wanderung" (ca. 100 Höhenmeter). Der Blick vom Apartment ist natürlich der Hammer, besser geht's nicht. Das Bett war sehr bequem und auch als alleinereisende Frau habe ich mich wohl und sicher gefühlt.
