Nice privacy, we enjoyed the BBQ however at that moment they didnt have wood/coals so we had to provide our own otherwise than that everything else for cooking was provided, all the cutlery plates bowls glasses, saucepans etc. cook anything youd like. We was greeted with some wine and rakija and shown around. Everything was clean and the place had friendly locals with a friendly cat. One even gifted is a watermelon straight from his patch. I think definitely had everything we'd need, from a iron, to extra quilts, tea coffee, sugar, salt, oil, even had the fan for us already out as it was a hot day, AC was in the living room not the bedroom however we didn't find that a issue as the fan and open window (with a bug net) was cool. Pool water comes from the river I presume that runs past the property which was cool, there seemed to be a chorine pot where you can add to the pool but we found it clean enough. Location is very good too, potentially if you wanted to make a day out at the sea in Croatia otherwise there's rivers, all around 10 mins to very clean water, historic places like fortresses and castles. Very good restaurants especially near the river where swimming is possible (was recommended to me by the lady) and town was only 10 mins away too Negatives: Bathroom didn't have drain cover maybe they could add that at a later date as looks to be fallen off and washing machine had a little leak of water which wasn't a problem because of the drain in the floor however we didn't have a stick for mops (that they did have to clear that up a bit) other than that perfect
