De trap is inmiddels af hahaha. Mooi appartement, fijne en goed bereikbare gastvrouw. Kan goed Engels. Mooi en fris appartement, relatief zacht bed waardoor je de vering wel een beetje voelt, maar prima op geslapen. Fijne keuken, mist hier en daar nog wel wat uitrusting. Goede bereikbaarheid naar stad

Apartman je uredan, dobro opremljen i nalazi se na dobroj lokaciji. Sve što je prikazano na slikama uglavnom odgovara stvarnosti prostor je lijep i udoban. Nažalost, dojam je pokvarila domaćica. Bila je vrlo neugodna, neljubazna i nepristupačna tijekom cijelog boravka. Umjesto da nam olakša smještaj, ponašala se kao da smo joj smetnja. Komunikacija je bila napeta i nelagodna, što je stvorilo neugodno ozračje. Šteta, jer bi boravak bio jako ugodan da je pristup domaćina bio profesionalniji i gostoljubiviji.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. Shortly after we left the apartment, the owner contacted me about a situation I wasn’t even aware of – during the night, my 7-year-old child had a nosebleed for unknown reasons, which left a small stain on the mattress cover. Instead of handling the situation in a reasonable and professional manner, the owner was extremely rude, accusatory, and completely unprofessional. She demanded €100 for cleaning the mattress cover. While the cost itself was not the main issue, I was deeply disappointed by her behavior and the way she communicated with me, which was far from acceptable. I understand that property owners want to protect their belongings, but I expect a respectful and human approach, especially in situations beyond our control as guests. Her attitude left a bitter taste in the overall experience, and I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.
