Horrible Experience – Do NOT Book Villa Medo Our stay at Villa Medo was a complete nightmare. From the moment we arrived, we encountered one problem after another. The villa was dirty, with cockroaches in both the kitchen and the bathroom. The pool water was cloudy and clearly not safe for swimming, and the jacuzzi was out of order — a huge disappointment since it was one of the key features advertised. The shower didn’t work properly, only the overhead rain shower was functional. The TV had no channels, making it completely useless. The overall equipment and furnishing were minimal and of very poor quality. To make things worse, the villa had only one air conditioning unit, which was far from enough to cool the entire space, especially in the middle of summer. We also experienced a major security issue: we came back one night at 3 a.m. and were locked out — the key wouldn’t open the main door, and we were left standing outside for over an hour. This is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. We reported all of these issues to the owner, but he never responded and made no effort to fix or even acknowledge the problems. The photos online are completely misleading, and the reality is far from what’s promised. Avoid this place at all costs. Villa Medo is not worth your money, time, or nerves.
