However, it’s worth noting that the surrounding area is still under development, with several construction sites nearby. This might be an issue for guests who are sensitive to dust or looking for a completely peaceful environment. Access to the property was also a bit complicated — there are no clear signs leading to the apartment, so arriving for the first time can be confusing, especially at night. Additionally, the path to the apartment is not ideal for elderly guests or anyone with mobility issues, particularly those with knee problems, due to the uneven terrain and stairs.
