Vorteile: Gute Lage was Infrastruktur angeht. Nette Leute. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Salzwasserpool. Schöne sitzmöglichkeiten und liegen draußen. Nachteile: Minimalistischer Baustil und Einrichtung, kleines Bad, alle Häuser im Viertel sehen gleich aus. Wenig Besteck

Sehr schöne Anlage, top gepflegt, guter Service bei Anliegen, sehr sauber. Sei es der Strand, ein kleiner Supermarkt oder Zadar, alles schnell erreichbar. Ein rundum gelungener 12 Tägiger Urlaub :)

Wir waren zu 10 Personen da. Mega schöne Wohnungen, alles sehr luxuriös und modern eingerichtet 👌 Es fehlte an nichts. Der Salzwasserpool ist der Hammer und er war beheizt, so dass wir ihn jetzt schon jeden Tag genießen konnten. Die Outdooressgruppe hat eine verstellbare und beleuchtete Überdachung mit zusätzlichen seitlichen Sonnenrollos, die privates Ambiente schafft. Super cool ist auch die tiefergelegte Sitzgruppe am Pool.😍 Die zentrale Lage zu den Stränden und nach Zadar ist phänomenal. Insgesamt alles perfekt, können wir nur empfehlen. 🙏

We had a fantastic stay here! The apartments were super spacious, modern and clean and the pool was very great. The host was super friendly and even equipped us with some basic goods for the first day. Thanks a lot and we‘d love to come back!

The apartment was beyond amazing. It’s located in a calm neighborhood. The apartment has multiple bedrooms and offers everything you need. The pool was amazing and we took advantage of it. The only thing I would say is to bring your own soap and shampoo.. but thats about it! The communication with the host was great. The place was extremely clean. Everyone had enough towels. The beds were comfortable. We appreciated staying there and all said we’d be back someday! Thank you

An amazing place to stay in Zadar! We stayed here for a girls’ trip and felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you could need. Everything is brand new and beautifully maintained. The pool area is absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxing and hanging out together. The host truly went above and beyond. He sent us videos and helpful info before we arrived, responded quickly to all our messages, and was super accommodating throughout our stay. We had a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar! ⭐️

Wunderschöne Villa es hat an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber und sehr modern. Der Aufenthalt in der Villa und an diesem Ort war der perfekte Urlaub. Entspannen oder Party alles dabei. Tomi war der perfekte Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar und immer hilfsbereit.
