Lieu abandonné, on dirait même qu il y a des squatteurs

I stumbled upon this place, unknowing, I know now. As of summer 2025, the place is a building site but has no fence. I was told by one of the builders it was 'private', presume I could go back after they finished work, but I was on a short visit. I have no idea what they are doing, but reopening would be wonderful.
